大熱新股慎防跣腳 今年首隻「先A後H」新股中國中冶（01618），A股昨日率先在上海掛牌，首日股價僅升28.04%，收報6.94元人民幣。由於另一焦點新股國藥（01099），市傳有機構投資者擬於暗盤市場以每股19元掛入，較定價高不足兩成，有市場人士擔心，九月份新股市場或有「暗湧」。 中冶A股昨日表現開高走低，開市報7.33元人民幣，較定價5.42元人民幣，高出約35.2%，最高見7.5元人民幣，較定價高38.38%，但之後回軟，全日升幅顯著縮窄至28%，收報6.94元人民幣，成交金額104.79億元人民幣，換手率達到66.29%。 身為九月份兩大焦點新股的國藥及中冶H股，分別於本周三（二十三日）及周四（二十四日）掛牌，有中資基金經理表示，中冶A股表現對H股具指標作用，由於中冶A股首日表現未見突出，或對H股投資者信心構成影響。 事實上，內地傳媒報道，內地重啟新股上市後，中冶A股開盤價明顯較其他大型新股為低，當中四川成渝開盤漲1.11倍、中國建築開盤漲60.29%、光大證券開盤漲42%，中冶A股則只有35.2%。   大戶嗌高18％接國藥 此外，市場消息透露，有機構投資者昨日於暗盤市場，嘗試以每股19元買貨，較國藥定價16元，僅高約18.75%，反映機構投資者態度審慎。 散戶態度同樣審慎，認為港股前景未明朗，所以不打算長期持有新股，賺兩至三成會盡快沽貨獲利，當中唐先生表示，現在抽新股策略都是短炒，原因是「驚唔穩定」。散戶Stanley表示，若抽中國藥，升三成「執少少」就會沽貨。 部分散戶更表示，若未能成功抽中中冶及國藥，不打算在上市當日高追，因為相信股份升幅有限，高位接貨容易招致虧蝕。 耀才證券總經理陳啟峰表示，以中冶A股昨日收市價6.94元人民幣計算，相當於約7.84港元，意味較H股定價6.35元，高出逾23%。他又預期，中冶H股首日升幅約15%，國藥更具「爆炸力」，估計首日升幅不少於20%。 業界籲勿加注高追 輝立資產管理基金經理李國璇認為，國藥及中冶H股上市首日分別會有約30%及20%升幅，但他認為投資者於上市首日暫不宜加注，當中國藥倘首日股價升幅超過三成，相當於○八年市盈率將超過40倍，投資者宜先行沽貨獲利。至於中冶，倘A股表現保持平穩，估計H股首日最多會升20%。他指出，因近期新股定價較為進取，成功抽中新股的投資者不宜長期持有。
