BOSS FIGHT REVERSED - EIRKA
Once, Eirka had been one of his dearest friends. Once.
That had been before the man had decided that he would make his perfect world, and damn the consequences. Before he’d built an empire in back alleys and bar rooms. Before he’d begun to make use of all the many horrible ways the shadow could incapacitate someone you didn’t want to kill.
No matter how much Reginald mourned the man his friend had once been, Eirka had to be put down. With a heavy heart, he faced him across the table.
“…Eirka?”
“Yeah?”
A deep breath. “Forgive me.”
And then he charged.

!! Eirka
Eirka. Hm. Well. He’s one of my oldest friends, though I’ve no idea how we became friends in the first place. I think it involved wine. Anyway, he’s...hrmph, really quite unfairly taller than me, dark skin, dark hair, one ear shorter than the other--he’d be quite stealthy if not for the glow of his eyes. A rogue, you understand. I’m sure there must be magic involved, because I cannot fathom how he moves so silently while carrying that many knives. He seems to be under the impression that a half-mask covering his nose and mouth makes him more imposing, for some strange reason.
It’s quite ruined whenever he opens his mouth. Light love him, but the man is ridiculous. He’s so rarely serious about anything that it’s nearly impossible to believe when he is, and it never helps that he picks the strangest things to be serious about. Evidently my entirely pragmatic and reasonable solutions to life’s little problems are ‘heartless’ and ‘bloodthirsty.’ Hrmph! Sometimes I’ve half a mind to bar him from the premises when next he arrives to drink all my good cider.
...On second thought, he is a wonderful friend, kind and brave and loyal. I only wish he’d use the door for once.
BOSS FIGHT
The worst part of it all, Rythien mused, was that he was pretty sure he was still sane. Well. Sane-ish, at least. He hadn’t heard Yoggy’s malevolent whispers in ages. But it had felt so easy, so satisfying, to crush his enemies like bugs, to leave them shattered and broken and horribly alive.
Something squelched wetly underfoot, and he turned to smile at Eirka’s approach. “Hey, it’s you! Come to help out?”
Hm. Eirka was charging at him. Rude. He chuckled, tossing the rogue into a wall. “C'mon, is that any way to greet an old friend? Well…if it’s a fight you want, let me oblige you!”
Thoughts - Eirka
“Foolhardy, but very brave; he’s a good man to have at your side in a fight.”
“His kindness is an inspiration to us all.”
“He’s a better man than me.”
Correspondence - Eirka
((I’m behind. This should have gone out like two weeks ago.))
The note isn’t signed, but Arist’s abominable handwriting should be easily recognized.

I’m sure you’ve heard what’s going on. If you’re not already down there, I expect you will be soon. I’ll keep an eye out for you in Dalaran. Don’t know where we’re going from there.
Try not to get into too much trouble until I’m down there to get you out of it.
★ for relationships and ★★ for whatever
★ Daphne’s closest relationship of any kind is with a blood elf. He is her BEST FRIEND...and she’s terrified that when she dies, he’ll forget all about her.
★ Though she’s ditched Gilnean fashion everywhere else, she still prefers skirts and thigh-high stockings to pants.
★ She learned how to play the drums during the Barrens campaign against Garrosh, and has still kept up with it.
