Don’t miss Eisa Jocson performing next week December 18, 19, and 20!

We’re excited to collaborate with our friends at CounterPulse to present three works by dancer Eisa Jocson, who — from pole to macho dancing —investigates the gender and seduction politics of dancing in the service industry. Join us!

December 18 and December 19, 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday’s performances will be a double bill of Death of a Pole Dancer and Macho Dancer taking place in two locations. The first performance will be at Galería de la Raza followed by a trip to Gray Area / Grand Theater.

December 20, 7 p.m. Join us for the North American premiere of Host debuting at ODC Dance Commons.
