Dark eyes glance over to meet yours, brow raising as full lips quirk into a smile.

“You could say that.”

Twirling an unlit cigarillo between long fingers, they turn towards you, leaning in close, until you can catch a whiff of tobacco and cedar.

“I’m with the whangdoodle, doll face. Care to butt me?”

there have been a lot of excellent posts about 1920s M recently, and after falling down a rabbit hole of 1920s fashion, I commissioned the incredible @moociferdoomcifer to bring these images to life, and they are perfect!!

(thank you to wonderful @agentnatesewell​ for helping me come up with the best 1920s slang to use for this, oh my god. a whangdoodle is a jazz band, by the way. you’re welcome.)
