Cardio is classified by the American Heart Association, as brisk, moderate walking, jogging, running, sprinting). I classify cardio as High Intensity Interval Training. Don’t forget to swim (Perform various amounts of swimming techniques, not just the freestyle. With various amounts, it causes more muscle confusion, which works the muscle more. Sticking to one swimming exercise, will cause your muscles to get smart, more efficient, and find ways to save energy, and not work as hard)for at least 30 minutes too.
