I actually got spoiled about The Mirador's ending while reading The Virtu, but my brain being how it is, I got HYPED to find how that happened, imagining the two getting rained on and all.

When it DID rain, I giggled.

It's literally just been a couple weeks since I finished Corambis. Please, brain. Give me rest...

I know it's a me thing, but while Mélusine and The Mirador were suspenseful, they weren't as fun to read in order and on the first time compared to The Virtu and Corambis.

They're much more fun to reread to contextualize their events, lore bits and especially character bits, given how the whole series itself ended up working.

For instance, Robert being the one to expose Felix's past AND provoke Shannon the way he did becomes rather loaded in light of The Mirador.

It's highly possible that beginning IS why he was written to be part of the reveal in the end, but it's still fun to string together!

In an old, bygone era, more than 10 years ago, I joined Tumblr and lurked LiveJournal for Pandora Hearts.

This week, I return to Tumblr and browse Dreamwidth for Doctrine of Labyrinths.

Both of them involve a pretty, manipulative fuckhead of a man with a brother complex and heterochromia.
