RF: Honestly..
I am not the person who would talk you first when we stopped talking for a while. I mean after all the efforts I put into it, I will just stop and then let our own minds dictate about what it should think. Let each of us ponder what had happened or how did it all end up to the very first time when we haven't even talked. I just let things go the way it is, may it bring us closer or even farther apart I no longer care. Sometimes I would still think about that certain person/people in my life but that's just it. I will not talk to them unless they start talking to me again. This is just me and most of the time I could have saved a lot of friendships but my judgements are why let it slip away in the first place if we both want it to work out. So I therefore conclude that letting people drift away is my expertise.
RF: Family
I am the family kind of person. I am the one who would rather be a couch potato and hear all my family's arguments than go out and have fun. For me, that's comforting. What is a family anyway without a little misunderstandings? I love spending time with my family. I would rather go to the mall with them than my friends. I would love to go to amusement parks with them rather than having a blast in a roller coaster with all of my friends. That's how much I love them.
Most teenagers would not want to see them around their own family but in my case I do not care. My family would be that one loud group of people in a food court of the mall just having the best time. Literally you would see me around the mall and expect it that once you follow me around, I will lead you to the biggest and loudest group around.
I will never leave my family for anything. Having them around gives me the serenity to go on no matter how difficult life can possibly be. They are my home even in the midst of the desert. I am grateful to have such a knit extended family. We go through the ups and downs of life with a smile ready to take it all. Never to forget that together we stand tall.
RF: My Kuya
I have a kuya and most of you probably know that means older but sometimes I feel like I am the oldest. He is just too quiet that sometimes I decide or act like I am the ate. Sometime my mom would be talking to him and blurts out "yung ate mo [blah blah]" and we would all be laughing on that simple comment. I love my kuya though we don't act like we care for each other but that's just how we are. No cheesy acts but just simple siblings who would start to show we care when we feel like we need it though we do care all along. He would not be the strict kuya like most kuya will be but he knows when we have reached our limits and he needs to step in. He then shows that he is still the kuya of the house. When he feels like were being all around guys he gets mad and right when we get home we get lectured at. When he thinks that the way we dresses shows too much skin or not appropriate he tells us to change or make it look appropriate. He is also do my eyebrows for me. I would like bother him doing his own thing and then ask to shape my eyebrows for me. I know it sounds girly but trust me he is manly. Sometimes I also ask him if my outfit looks good or not then he would answer me honestly. He loves art. He draws, paint and do photography. He may be falling short on other things but when it comes to the things that he loves he usually excels on it. He may be lacking in some ways but he is truly love and appreciated by the people who are dear to him.
I do not know why I am making a post about him but I am. Maybe we just bonded earlier that I had the urge to do this.
RF: I love stationeries
I remember I used to have a collection of different designs of stationery. I would beg my mom to drop by to the store so I could browse around and look for anything I could buy to add up to my collection. I think I used to have cartoon characters from Pooh to strawberry shortcake with glitters. Then I would have different colored ones, like blue, purple and pink with flowers and different designs on them. Each of them are even on different shapes that just fascinates me. Too bad though, when I left the Philippines I didn't get to bring it with me and now who knows where it is after all these years. Maybe that's where all my love for crafts and writing letters came from. hmm.. Now I miss it, I can't find any stationery that catches my eyes here so I just make my own papers which I love doing as well. I think my hands are looking for something to get it's artistic [mehehe] abilities on. I wanted to buy more crafty stuff but just don't have time for now. Maybe in the days to come my brother would bring me since he wanted to go to the craft store as well to supply his drawing needs. [teehee]
RF: I love crafts
I love making my own cards or perhaps just designing papers whatsoever. All the letters you will get from me are all handwritten and the cards are all handmade. I love the folding and decorating that comes along with it. I even have made moving cards or pop ups one which I didn't have the chance to take a picture of since I didn't know I would make a post about it today. I also love making my own gifts from frames to bracelets to scrapbooks I have made them all to give to my friends. I have also made gifts using real clay and sewed my own stuffed toy so it could be personalized. From butterflies to monster ice cream to a pillow case I have sewed it all. For me these kind of gifts is better than the bought one. I don't know if my friends appreciate each one that I made but to me each of them are worth the time and efforts I put in all of my gifts to them. They may not appreciate it but that's none of my business as long as I have done my part and kept doing what I love.
RF: I like going to school early..
Now that I have a lot of times in my head, waking up early and riding the schoool bus is a thing of yesterday now, I prefer going to school early. I can say an hour early perhaps or so just to get myself ready and feel the school spirit ish. I like getting situated before going to class instead of rushing in to get to class. College is far more than what I expect. It's not like high school where you are bombarded with all the rules and regulations they want you to follow. No bells to tell you it's time to class. No teachers telling you to shut up or do this and do that. Here we have our own rules and our own time. We tell our ownselves to go to class and watch the time. The teachers won't care if we show up or not as long as we know the things we need to know and ready to ace the test. Here everyone is focus and a different person. I see familiar faces from my highschool but they are so different than the way they are which surprises me. College is not what they make it seem to be.. College is an opened door full of opportunity..
