Can I just say how pleasing the opening monologue for the "Thor: God of Thunder" PS3 game is to listen to?

Dream Plane and I just watched War Horse, and my goodness gracious, Jeremy Irvine looks just like how we imagined Eragon to look!
Okay, fancasting over. Now I'm off to make some gifsets. Maybe. I'm very busy these days.
So I’m graduating in May, and I can’t decide which dress to go with for the ceremony and a nice dinner afterwards.

I’ll make a moodboard with my entire grad fit once I make the final decision!
All dresses from Allegra K.
Meteorite Dividers!
The two main types of meteorites here are Octahedrites, which are known for their Widmanstätten patterns, and Pallasites, which have olivine inclusions. Pallasites are so pretty when they're backlit!
Feel free to use/credit and reblog!

Fashion Friday: '80s Biz Edition
Came up with this new Fashion Friday™️ series because I was bored and went down an '80s skirt suit rabbit hole. I'm kinda sorta taking inspo from my mom's biz outfit preferences when she was working in the '80s. She always talks about how she only had a few blazers and skirts that she would wash and wear on repeat, and how she would dress them up with a nice watch (an absolute must for her) and a sleek pair of heels (which she does NOT miss; heels are hurty and risky when walking to work on ice and snow!).
I'll be going through the entire color spectrum with this series. It will be chaotic and filled with lots of shiny stuff that’s more appropriate for a fancy event than a normal day in the office, just sayin’.🤪
💖First one up is pink. It’s giving Corporate Barbie lol. Enjoy!💖

The last weird girl for this series is the Dornier Aerodyne, and she's definitely the weirdest flying machine I've seen so far. She's giving avant-garde-oversized-coat-runway-fashion vibes, so here's my best attempt at that.
First of all, what the heck is this?! Like girl, do you even generate lift? Where are your wings???
I just...
Her little orange peets are sending me. XD
Apparently she didn't need wings to fly! Her ducted fan has flaps at the end that divert the air flowing out of it to produce a combination of lift and thrust (the force that makes planes go forward). She could also take off and land vertically because of this design. It's honestly pretty genius!
All history/aircraft tidbits brought to you today by Wikipedia.
Hope you enjoyed this series! It was fun to research all these crazy aircraft. :D
