you don't need sight to see how great i am {elias + gaius}
Busy trying to open a new bag of jellybeans, Gaius bumped his elbow to the doorbell, relieved that it pressed down enough on the first try. As he waited for the tenant to open the door, he glanced down at the groceries by his side. It wasn't too much of a hassle to help a future co-worker out, and it wasn't like he could have turned down the candy currently slipping down his throat with only a chew or two. Plus his shift didn't start until late. Gaius bit his lip and looked at the bag.
"These are really delicious...."
That Meran guy had good taste.
It was taking a little too long to open the door, wasn't it? Gaius shifted his weight from one foot to the other, starting to chew a little more thoughtfully as he waited. Meran mentioned something special about...Elias, was it? Even remembering the name was difficult, his thoughts at the time of reception were clouded by the excitement and desire to rip into the jellybeans right then and there. So what ever 'it' was, it would have to be found out in person.
