BUG
In order to avoid getting bugged, YOU MUST NOT pick the choice where you choose to protect Mathieu. I chose the one which wakes up Koori and I personally did not get stuck. At least this has been my conclusion lol.

Is it normal that I sent a message to Eldarya help, but they send no ticket to follow my message’s progress unlike usual? Could this mean that my message was not sent? It’s on the french server.

New bug
so I was wondering if this mascot bug that isn't coming back from exploitation is happening to anyone else. Since I don't see many complaining.

I’m a bit disappointed. I absolutely love the clothes and illustrations, I want them so much, but I still can’t play on the French server - nothing works. I never did this alchemy thing before but I love this event so much that I really was eager to try, but I can’t even play lol

About some bug on Eldarya.
There are currently two recurring bug on the game for some players.
For the first one, when capturing a pet, baits are not displayed. Try to zoom in / out the page.
The second bug concerns the inaccessible inventory. If you have bundles, the problem probably comes from there. Some players have solved the problem by selling their bundles (you can put them at a very high price so they are not bought). This will rid your inventory of these bundle and access to your inventory .
There is this problem on the French server and the team has been notified.
