all i want is a haikyuu spin-off manga with oikawa as the main character starting after his high school graduation.. is this too much to ask for 😭
maybe it’s just me, but happy healthy fluffy relationships in fiction bore me to death. in real life that’s all i want for myself obviously, but if i’m reading or watching something, i’m doing that to experience the drama, the toxic ups and downs, the angst, the hope, the pain, the joy, the heartbreak, the love - just all the feels - without actually having to live through it myself. and don’t get me wrong, i love happy endings, i really do, but i couldn’t care less about what comes after them..
fire on up by paper kings is such a haikyuu song
so apparently tumblr is once again not showing my new posts in the tags/ search.. i hate it here
i know i'm late to the party but I just wanna say WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK??? just caught up with the haikyuu manga and i. was. not. prepared. for. any. of. this. i had like 10 heart attacks. just... what the fuck, what am i even supposed to feel???? send help please
consider this: soulmate au but unless you find your soulmate and actually bond, your soulmate changes every 5 to 10 years, but you don't know when exactly and you don't know who's next. so much chaos and so much potential for angst.. you know you don't need to bond if you don't like your soulmate, but what if you can't find the next one/ the next one sucks? you might not want to bond too quickly because you want to be sure, you can get a new soulmate after all, but what if you run out of time? what if one of them doesn't want to bond but the other is in love and they don't know how much time they have left to convince their soulmate? also the person you hated in high school could become your soulmate when you're in your twenties and you can't do anything about it lol
tagged by @kakkoweeb thank you so much!! ♥️
Favourite comfort food: chocolate.. or if it has to be a real meal, definitely sushi... i always order sushi when i’m sad and/ or exhausted (but also when i feel like treating myself lol)
Favourite alcohol (or hot drink): i like drinking beer (i am german after all lmao), but other than that i really like vodka mixed with some energy drink or gin with sprite
Favourite relaxing activity: watching soccer calms me down as long as my favourite team isn’t playing lmao, other than that it’s probably taking a shower and then taking a nap i love sleeping :’)
Favourite calming scent: not to be too cliché but either the smell when it rains/ right after it or my boyfriend’s scent ahsfjhasjkdl
Favourite relaxing (or uplifting) song: my favourite relaxing song is “comforting sounds” by birdy, it always calms me down when i feel overwhelmed and anxious! and my (current) favourite uplifting song is “juice” by lizzo
Favourite white noise: rain/ thunderstorm or beach sounds/ ocean waves
Favourite book to get lost in: if it has to be a book i guess i’ll go with the “all for the game” series by nora sakavic, but usually when i want to get lost in reading something for a while i go with the haikyuu manga and/ or re-read some of my favourite fanfics
Favourite chill out tv show: some shows i rewatch when i just want to relax and not pay too much attention to what i’m actually watching are modern family, friends, b99, gilmore girls, and of course, haikyuu and some of my other favourite anime haha
Best advice you’ve ever heard: “a jack of all trades is a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one” - it’s not really advice but an old saying, but it means a lot to me. i’m quite a bit of a perfectionist and trying to do absolutely everything perfectly is extremely tiring and also impossible, so i always try to remember that often it’s better to be (sort of) good at a lot of things than pouring all my energy into trying to be the best at one thing.. if that makes sense? asdhjkasfk
Tagging: @kourai @akaashi-tooru @aizawashoutah @yaytobio @p14gu3d0c70r and anyone who wants to do it! and of course only do it if you feel like it, no pressure :)
