Don Grosh Electrajet Standard, Daphne Blue
I bought this new from A# Music in Renton, WA in 2009. I also got my favorite Custom Shop Strat from there, plus my AVRI ‘57 Strat and some other nice pickups, pedals, and various gear. I highly recommend ‘em.
The Electrajet body style is one of my all-time favorites and I’m not sure why I haven’t bought another since (besides price). Grosh is always such top notch stuff, too. This had all the personality and tone of a Strat, and the only reason I didn’t hang onto it is because I sold all my other Strats and S-types once I got my Custom Shop 1962 Relic, which is still my all-time favorite Strat. Most Electrajets I’ve seen have the H-H or dual P90 layouts, but I can tell you that single coils really shine here, too.
