Carrying your heart in golden lifts

Render me loveless

And I'll move heaven and hell to either

Move from heaven against you or

immortalize, for you, sin - or both.

But tender me lovely

And I'll make sure our Garden of Eden

Is abundant and forever in Spring.

See them at a glance

Shades of beings passing by

Lives in motion, where are they going I wonder

Are their lives similar to mine in any way

For whom do they care, for whom do they desire

What makes them tick, the random man, woman, child as they pass by

Try not to notice, why should I bother

See a wave, a fellow glance, a smile in your direction

Share in a brief moment, a short meeting if the mind's

Life's paths cross for a split second

See those we pass each day, watvh the pass us by as we do the same

Wonder about who they are, where they've been, where their headed

Are our paths ever watching the same...
