i’ve recently been learning how to code and have run across some coding tutorials refering to function values as “fun values.”

despite having zero evidence for this i am 99% sure toby fox also saw this while teaching himself to program for undertale and thought it would be funny to make an actual value that determined the fun.

why do evil women in media always have to be tragic portrayals reflective of societies larger issues. kubric stare the camera with blood dripping down ur face right now. hauntingly leaning over the bathroom mirror with a knife. or something to that effect. no reason.

i haven’t really seen people talking about how weird it is that there’s 2 deltarune routes but only 1 prophecy? Sure the general story beats are the same, but the prophecy has been shown to be very detailed and specific. Unless I’m really missing some dialogue, I’m surprised Ralsei hasn’t mentioned the prophecy not being followed in either route.

I’ve seen some theories about which route is the “true prophecy” or whether either route matters at all if the end result will seemingly be the same, but none really account for the current divergence.
