 Has the ability to control and generate electricity; he haves a more precise electrical frequency, being able to manipulate electricity in the body. 
Capable to create pulse lightning (a small and concentrated sparks that contain the strength of a storm bolt, can be compared to a live-wire bullet), web lightning (bolts and sparks thrown from electricon’s hands and feet, usually splaying in webs to protect their body), storm lightning (is more powerful that any other kind, hotter than the surface of the sun, with the strength to even split diamondglass) and brain lightning – he is the only electricon capable to do it, and takes an immense amount of control. It affects the electricity in a person’s body, giving them a seizure or killing them.
