Bill, the Box system inventor, as shown in the “Electric Tale of the Pikachu” manga. Despite the anime reducing his role to a one-episode-only character obsessed over Dragonite, this manga (although anime-based) features him in a more extensive role, similar to the games. I loved this manga for how it mixed anime and game elements with some original ideas, presenting a much more attractive version of Pokemon world than the anime itself (at least to me). Also, some Pokemon looked really fierce there. But the only thing everyone seems to remember about this manga is that it featured big-breasted girls (as well as related censorship). Though I wish it showed a more continuative story, rather than just being an arbitrary selection of episodes (not necessarily the best or most important ones).
