Controlling who can email staff will significantly reduce risk

A recent US survey reveals 69% of businesses were severely disrupted or halted by spam in the past year.  While incoming email traffic may only be about 15% spam (which in itself can take up a lot of time and effort to block electronically or be reviewed by employees before they dismiss it), what is contained within that spam can be deadly to business continuity.
