How to Make and Use an Herbal Electuary

An herbal electuary is a natural remedy made with powdered herbs and honey (preferably raw, local or manuka). Kids love them!

Electuaries are probably the most easy herbal medicines to create. These are simple recipes to add to your autumn / winter pantry.

Just use powdered herbs of your need / choice and local honey, stir them together to form a thick paste, and then use the resultant herbal honey (aka electuary) as needed. Eat a spoonful daily (or stir a spoonful of the honey in a cup of warm milk or water or porridge to consume). You can store them in the pantry or the refrigerator.

Always use precaution about herbs and honey and do your research.

Roommate has been having a hard time getting a job so I made him an electuary with:

Honey (”Sticks” them to a job & “sweetens” the interviewer’s opinion lol)

Lots of orange ($$$$$)

A bit of basil (protection, helps words come to the interviewee, also $$$)

So the went to an interview today & not two hours later they called back & hired him! So whether the electuary helped or not he got a job after months of failed interviews! So we’re all very happy. But for science’s sake, & his, I told him to use the electuary for good tip days.
