Some weird lore bits to explain the image:

Sandman is not here because he’s a glass statue now 🙃 Harry took his place in the Sinister Six. Quentin still talks to the statue sometimes. Don’t worry! He gets melted into Molten Man later!

Harry is the default Green Goblin, not Norman. Norman was only Goblin for a couple of months, in which he killed Gwen and was swiftly incarcerated. That actually triggers Harry into spiraling with his drug addiction and getting overwhelmed by running a company, in which he takes the Goblin Serum to cure his terminal illness he didn’t tell Peter about. He then joins up with Otto in the Six, and the rest is history.

Venom has a tooth mustache and weird head shape, because plot twist, he’s actually Jamison! Eddy Brock dies in his arms indirectly from Spiderman, so Jamison takes up the mantle when the symbiote latches onto him from his grief and hatred.
