Today I started on my 79th trip around the sun. Yesterday was my birthday and I have found that some of you guys actually do read this stuff I post. Thanks 🙏 Proof of life pic 👇😂
I spent some time today getting the veggie garden plot ready. (background right)
I am starting around the edge, digging up the encroaching grass and removing it. The clumps I removed will get thrown into the corner of the farm field next door.
I was out there for a while until I got sick of being in the wind storm. We got 40mph winds all day. 😡
Happy Star Wars Day y’all 🔫
Coolest strain💨

I'm so happy with today's chapter! 🥹🥹🥹🥹
Here's another spoiler for Yurikuro week feat Twiyor
Hey I read your story about us proposing to the Tokyo Revengers men and I thought it was really great. It was soooooooo cute! If you’re willing to, could I request toman members reacting to their rings being customly shaped or made with a design of something they love? For example: Mikey with a taiyaki ring (hopefully he don’t eat it lol) and Baji and Chifuyu with a cat ring.
Hiya. I'm so happy that you liked it!
Also, that's a hella nice idea, those rings on the photos are amazing!!
(Mikey will definitely try to eat it-)
Anyway....Enjoy, pal! 👀✨️💪🏼

TOMAN MEMBERS REACTING TO THEIR PROPOSAL RINGS
Warnings: swearing.
Type: fluff
Characters: Mikey, Baji, Chifuyu and Draken
All characters are 23+ old, final timeskip no one died etc.
You hand Mikey a small velvet box during one of your quiet evenings together, probably after he's finished a pile of dorayaki. He opens it lazily, expecting something simple, but his dark eyes widen the second he sees the ring.
It's meticulously crafted: a silver band with a tiny, detailed taiyaki fish shape on top—complete with the little fins, the grilled lines, and even a subtle red bean paste "filling" hinted at with enamel coloring. It looks almost edible.
Mikey stares at it for a long, silent second. Then his signature lazy grin breaks out, slow and genuine, the kind that makes his whole face soften. "Heh... you really got me a taiyaki ring?" He picks it up carefully, turning it under the light like it's the most fascinating thing he's seen all day. "It even looks like the real thing. Bet it tastes good too—"
You immediately snatch his hand before he can bring it to his mouth. "Don't you dare eat it, Mikey."
He laughs, that bright, boyish sound that only comes out around you. "Kiddin'... mostly." He slides it onto his finger (it fits perfectly because you measured it while he was napping on your lap). Mikey holds his hand up, admiring how the tiny taiyaki catches the light. His voice drops a little, quieter and more sincere than usual. "You noticed, huh? That taiyaki's one of my favorites. Having something that reminds me of you every time I look at my hand... it's kinda nice. Makes me feel warm inside."
He leans in, resting his forehead against yours with that rare, soft expression reserved only for you. "Thanks, babe. I'm never taking this off. ...Unless I get really hungry." The playful wink tells you he's joking (mostly).
From then on, he keeps glancing at the ring during meetings or fights, a tiny smile tugging at his lips whenever he catches sight of the little fish.
Baji is sprawled on your bed like he owns the place, complaining about some fight earlier, when you present the box. He raises an eyebrow, fangs peeking out in that signature grin as he opens it.
The ring is bold but detailed: a sturdy silver band with a sculpted cat head on top—pointed ears, sharp little eyes, and whiskers that look ready to pounce. It's clearly inspired by the stray cats he loves feeding and letting into his room.
Baji's brown eyes light up immediately. "Whoa—! No way, is this a cat?!" He holds it close, inspecting every curve like he's checking out a new stray that wandered in. "Damn, it even has the little ears and everything. Looks like one of those bossy ones that scratches if you pet 'em wrong."
He barks out a loud laugh, the kind that shakes his shoulders, and immediately slips it onto his ring finger. "This is awesome! You know I love those furry little assholes. They always come chill in my room like they pay rent." Baji flexes his hand, making the cat "prowl" in the air, then suddenly grabs you by the collar and pulls you in for a rough, enthusiastic kiss. "You're the best, you know that? Now I got a cat with me all the time—even when I'm out beatin' someone's ass."
He gets weirdly protective of it after that. If anyone teases him about the "cute" cat ring, he threatens to bite them, but when it's just the two of you, he sometimes absentmindedly rubs the cat design while talking about his dream weeding. It becomes his good-luck charm before fights.
Chifuyu is helping you organize some manga when you give him the box. He's already in a good mood because Peke J is curled up nearby, but the second he opens it, his turquoise eyes go wide with pure delight.
The ring features an elegant cat silhouette—sleek, with a tiny engraved collar that even has a little "Peke J" vibe, though it's more general. The craftsmanship is delicate yet strong, just like his bond with animals.
Chifuyu's face flushes pink almost instantly. "This... this is a cat ring? For me?" He stares at it, then at you, looking genuinely touched in that earnest way only Chifuyu can pull off. "It's perfect... Even Peke J loves it, right? Peke?" (He's already half crying from joy)
He slides it on carefully, then lifts his hand to show Peke J (who just blinks lazily). "Look, buddy! Now I match you." Chifuyu laughs softly, the sound warm and a little shy. He reaches over and cups your face with both hands, the new ring cool against your skin. "This means a lot, seriously. Every time I see it, I'll think of you... and how you get me, even the weird animal-obsessed parts."
From then on, Chifuyu is extra gentle with the ring. He polishes it while playing with Peke J and proudly shows it off to the Toman guys (while acting cool about it). Late at night, when it's just you two, he traces the cat design and murmurs how lucky he feels to have someone who notices the things he loves.
You catch Draken in the garage while he's tinkering with his beloved Zephyr, grease on his hands and that focused look on his face. You wait until he's wiped his hands clean before handing him the box.
The ring is custom and masculine: a thick, durable band with a detailed miniature motorcycle engraved along it, the handlebars and wheels precise, wrapped subtly with a tiny coiling dragon motif that echoes the massive tattoo on his temple. It screams strength, freedom, and everything he pours his passion into—bikes and his own power.
Draken raises an eyebrow at first, then his expression shifts to quiet surprise as he turns the ring over in his large hands. "A bike... with a dragon twist, huh?" His deep voice rumbles with approval. He tests the weight, clearly appreciating the solid craftsmanship. "You really put thought into this. Most people just see the muscles or the fights. You see what I actually give a damn about."
He slips it onto his finger—it looks right at home there, sturdy like him. Draken flexes his hand once, admiring how the dragon and bike catch the garage light, then pulls you against his broad chest in that protective, no-nonsense way of his. "Thanks. For real." His tone is gruff, but the way he rests his chin on top of your head says everything. "This thing's gonna stay on through every ride, every fight, every damn day. Reminds me I've got something good waiting when I come back."
Draken isn't the type for big emotional displays, but he starts casually showing off the ring when he's working on bikes with the guys, muttering "My boyfriend made sure I always got my ride with me." It becomes a quiet source of pride for him, and on softer nights, he'll trace the dragon with his thumb while holding you close, content in the knowledge that you understand his world.
