I've got a problem...

An art program problem, to be specific. Photoshop is not working. Neither is anything else. So basically what happens IS: I try to open Photoshop Elements 11...and it wont open. At all. Like I never ever told it to open. I submitted a question to the Adobe community (shows how desperate I truly am) and now I'm just waiting for that to be answered. It's gonna be a long ass while. Probably several years. And I don't really have that kinda patience. So if you guys have any suggestions, I'd gladly listen to them. I've already tried uninstalling and re installing a couple of times, but that isn't working. This problem also works with PS Elements 8. So again, I'm open to any suggestions you may have.

Need Photoshop help

Does anyone know if there is a tutorial on how to color drawings/lineart etc. with Adobe Photoshop Elements 11? Or in general how you modify the brush tool so the thickness of the line you draw depends on how hard you push the pen with different kinds of Photoshops than the "usual" ones? I've tried like four or five different coloring tutorials but I only get as far as the second or third step on modifying the pen tool before I'm told to choose an option my Photoshop doesn't have. It sucks 'cause I paid alot for the program as well as my tablet, and as far as I can see my PS has everything for regular coloring work, it's just the brush tool itself I'm struggling with.

So please, anyone have any knowledge on Elements 11 or just on different kinds of pen thickness modifications in general? Or can point me out to a site that does? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Photoshop brushes help!!

All my default brushes are gone, they're the ones that taper off at the ends and are sensitive to pen pressure. I didn't delete anything, they're just gone, replaced with regular crappy round brushes that aren't sensitive to my pen and cant do shit. I have photoshop elements 11 and a Wacom intuos pen and touch tablet. I'd appreciate it so much if you helped me out!

Why do i waste my time trying to makes when i know theyre not going to work

im so annoyed i just spent over an hour and a half making a gif that i was really proud of, i then saved the gif and then it didnt work AND I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO MAKE IT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
