Saw your comment about your wording on the Adrinette comment and that you're considering speeding up production of the comic. Lol. Take your time on Out Sick. If you try to rush it, the quality might not be as good. You're already posting once a week and that's enough. We're all patient and can hold out for one update a week. That and we don't want to to hurt yourself by trying to rush it. Much love~

As the story comes to an end, I have a feeling people will get more and more impatient since the conclusion will be so close. I have to admit that I’m ready for the end too lol

Ok, because all I've been sending has been fluffy stuff and I need a little angst, how about SeaMonkey where they get into an argument because Sun keeps being reckless and getting himself hurt and Neptune is keeps getting worried and fearing for the worst. Maybe this is before they get together (and is actually how our Disaster Pan finally confesses his love to our lovely Bi Monkey)? Maybe this is after they got together? That part can be a surprise for me xD

The room was silent except for the sound of bandages being wrapped and soft breathing. The atmosphere was oppressive, the air thick with words unsaid and tensions unreleased. Neptune fixed the last last bandage in place and starts putting the first aid kit away. Sun finally broke under the pressure of the silence.

"What-" he began.

"What the hell is wrong with you, Sun?! Huh? Why the hell did you think that was a good idea?!" His face was red with anger and his voice cracked in the middle. Sun jumped slightly and winced as the movement pulled at his injury.

"I-" he tried again. Neptune cut him off.

"That's just it, isn't it?! You never think! You just run off and try to play hero and get hurt! Do you think how that affects us?! Do you think how it affects me?!" Tears were welling up in his eyes, chin trembling. Her scrubbed his arm over his face, trying to get rid of the tears.

Sun's heart broke, and he reached out to him. "Neptune," he whispered. "Neptune, come here." He put his hand out, palm up. Neptune hesitated for a moment, then set his hand in Sun's. Sun pulled him over to the bed he was still sat on. Neptune shook his bangs over his eyes, a last defense from the piercing gaze of his partner. "Hey," he said, twining their fingers, "hey, Nep, look at me, buddy. Talk to me, honey." The pet name slipped out and Sun couldn't find it in himself to take it back.

Tears were dripping down Neptune's face. He managed to meet Sun's eyes and Sun had never seen such hurt there before. "I love you," he whispered, voice thick with tears. "I love you so much, and you keep doing this and it scares me." Sun sucked in a sharp breath, watching Neptune closely, eyes catching every minute movement of his face. He tugged on Neptune's hand till he laid down on the bed with him. He breathed out slowly through his nose.

"I love you, too."

Yeeep. I mean, would YOU wanna carry a marble at all times? You can lose that shit SO EASILY. It’s round and rolls and it’s small so it slips through little holes. Nah man, better not lose it so let’s turn it into practical jewelry. ;D

I’ve been playing around with various jewelry designs for how they can all carry their marble more practically.

Aquarius is attached to a hair band because Tanya always has her hair up in a bun.

Babs is a ring-girl so she turned hers into a ring.

Cancer’s is just a key-chain because Mike is not so much a fan of jewelry.

Leo’s will keep the original design I did for them as charms on a chain because Jamie is totally the type to have a charm around his neck that he can fidget with.

I’m unsure about Taurus yet, though I suppose Melanie would wear such a kind of bracelet, most likely.

For Matt, what made the most sense was to turn Sagittarius into the top of a pen. It’s very Sailor Moon, I know, but he always carries a pencil with him, it seems the most practical for him.

Aries is a brooch and Virgo a single ear-ring.

And don’t mind the cross, it’s an experiment because I want Jamie to carry his mother’s cross.

As someone who studied Latin for 3 years, trust me, I understand your pain. Latin is the clusterfuck of all clusterfucks when it comes up languages and as much as I love it (despite my general inability to understand it even after 3 years of it) I also hate it. Why can't they just make one word and stick with it? Why do they need 5053685337885 different words for the same thing? Stop being overly complicated please?

Well, that’s a fucking mood. Seriously my biggest struggle are the verbs because they are so fucking unintuitive?

The other words are like... actual words. And they’re also ridiculously similar to English words. It’s like “lol that’s that English word but with a slightly fancier spelling, I know that” - I mean, deadass, looking at words like... infans and labor and diligens and honor, it’s just... English. I get to comfortably move them from my “to learn” list to my “I know this word” list even on the first read.

(Also, the whole... me being a Greco-Roman gods nerd so things like invidia and fama and dolor are like lol I know these from my pantheon deep dive.)

And then there’s these verbs that just have jackshit to do with their meaning. abire? accidere? accipere? carere? aspicere? fuck y’all I got no clue. They all end on -ere (or -ire, or -ri), so you can tell them apart from the other words but that also makes it fucking harder to tell them appart especially when the beginning parts just... are... randomly strung together letters and the words bear no ressemblance to English or German.

AND THEN THEY MAKE THREE VERSIONS OF THE EXACT SAME WORD FOR NO FUCKING REASON WHATSOEVER.

VERBS ASIDE, I am doing pretty okay I think? I started three days ago and already got to move 230 of the vocs to my “I know this word” list. Which, genuinely, the amount of vocs I have to know was probably the most intimidating part.

I kinda forgot that I’m really fucking good at memorizing words though so lol oops (there’s a reason I got fluent in English in like. A year. And it’s the fact that I managed to memorize the words I needed quickly. REALLY should have remembered this and started studying Latin sooner instead of constantly putting it off due to anxiety of “what if I’m shit at it and fail”.)

Ok, I gotta ask because this is confusing me and I can't figure it out. What is Jacksangelondale? Clearly it's Shadowhunters and I'm gonna assume Magnus, Jace, and one of our favorite werewolves is in it, but that still seems too short. So who am I missing?

It’s Percy JACKSon/Nico di ANGELO/Jace HerONDALE. Jacksangelodale. Sue me, making a ship name up for three people is basically ALWAYS A BITCH. xD

Hence the title too; “An Angel For the Demigods”. Gosh, at its core this is an idea I am loving sooo hard that I REALLY want to write it, I just keep not getting around to it?

Because it’s the Shadowhunters in the PJO universe... but they’re still Shadowhunters. Just like there’s a Greek camp and a Roman camp and the Norse and Egyptian pantheons have their thing going on, there is a... Judeo-Christian version. Obviously not demigods, but the Egyptians operate differently too, so why shouldn’t these, especially considering that Shadowhunters come into their powers through angel blood.

Instead of being sorted by different gods like in the polytheistic camps, they’re sorted by different angels. Canon just made everyone descend from Raziel, but then Clary and Jace have the blood of Ithuriel. What if they do have the blood of different angels running through their veins. And angels are associated with different realms, angels of water and protection and so on. And the different blood gives Shadowhunters slightly different, unique Shadowhunter abilities, much like how being a demigodly child of x god gives them special, to this god unique abilities.

And then put the Shadowhunters into their own camp. The Shadow World is just... their version of what Percy and the others are living with in their pantheon.

And then have the Shadowhunters and demigods clash. While I love the whole angel blood angle, I kind of never really... figured out a... ya know... plot to go along with it, so the file’s been laying around on my drive, neglected. One day though. One day.
