I think it depends on both my mood at the time as well as my physical proximity to it. Like if it’s softly playing in the distance, I will occasionally feel a swell of emotion for seemingly no reason, but if it’s within 300 ft of me it sounds like someone’s stepping on a honking cat that’s been inflated with helium and like, who came up with this shrilly thing
