i never get tired of johnny and dora tbh, all of Jake and Amy's (mostly amy's) awkward outbursts ("SUCH A NORMAL TIME!", "boink", "WE ARE POLICE COLLEAGUES", "we're going to waco, texas!") muLTIPLE KISSES, that LOOK jake gives ames before kissing her in the evidence lockup...i could go on forever but honestly it's such a good episode plot/character development-wise that doesn't sacrifice the humour or pacing of the show!

i agree that johnny and dora is a FANTASTIC episode and definitely ONE OF THE BEST but honestly for me the gina/terry/holt storyline makes me sad and brings it down a little, even though the holt/wuntch interrogation room scene is incredible (”i was calling you a goat, you goat”)

re: the fire post, the fire doesn't go out the first time because bringing the lid down allows oxygen to get trapped inside the pot, therefore the flame keeps burning. sliding it over top suffocates the fire and it goes out!
