[ SNATCH ]: sender snatches receiver's wrist as they turn to go. | takeshita > fletcher
it was stronger than him; even when the need to run from that conversation and all consequences grew rampant in his chest, gnawing at his bones from the inside, kyle held back, victim of konosuke's spell. "take," he huffed under his breath, rolling his eyes away only because looking at the handsome Japanese would make it all the harder to keep focus. "I don't know what else to say."
he was tired and defeated. but, most importantly, he was disappointed. finding take packing up his stuff wasn't in his bingo cards for the day. or ever. though, his efforts to try to dissuade the other from pursuing his decision seemed useless. kyle shrugged, ever so stubbornly pretending not to see all the problems that may have brought konosuke to his decision. "are you just going to leave? all of this? the family? me?" he cursed himself the second he realised he sounded whiny and desperate. kyle's eyes shot to the floor. "don won't forget it." he said between gritted teeth, more like a reminder than an observation. something that was branded in his memory. all of the family members were required to behave, be good, succeed, and listen to don's word like the word of a preacher. no doubts. no rebellions. just trust. and it mostly worked. mostly. because kyle was standing right by the very example of everything don condamned. "please, take?" he finally looked directly at the other, holding onto his beautiful almond-shaped brown eyes.
