Some notes: I can't really find another translated version of this extra but Kabru actually says that fruitcake (called nutcake here) has candied fruit and nuts, not just nuts, here's the elf cake downwards spiral with a great addition at the end by @/room-surprise

About Kabru's home town sweet it's probably rasgulla (thanks again to @/room-surprise for commenting that in one of my posts)

Are there any other names for elven cake

Nut cake, I've called it fruitcake before since that's what it looks like to me but I guess it's only nuts?

Here's a fruitcake/christmas cake (I've never had one I've only seen them in movies and the sims)

Maybe it's a play on that but with only candied nuts instead of candied fruit? I tried to google nut cake but the ones I saw looked more like normal cakes.
