im a different person than that last anon, but cadaverrdog is the same person as vampomeranian / elfypeony / mid-evil-werewolf. im not sure if they're an intentional scammer per sé but they had a track record in the past of taking on too many commissions and not being able to follow thru. afaik they do / did refund people
