in preparation for the Chicago production of Hamilton, theatre staff looked for concessions that would emulate food consumed during the 18th century. That's when Eli's Cheesecakes came came up with "Revolution Pyes." Theatre-goers can get a two-pack of hand pies (apple, cherry) at the concession stands during intermission.
