The meal
My ingredients! The only things not pictured are my seasonings: salt, pepper, and garlic powder. The basic seasonings! (especially with cooking a ribeye -> the least seasonings used, the better!) My husband requested that I make steak quesadillas, with the sweet kale salad being a side. (；^ω^) no worries there! (It'll take longer to prepare but I'll have a satisfied, well-fed husband by the end). We thankfully had some leftover red onions, so while the meat gets sliced, the onions are getting thrown into the pan first to brown. Since I'm making quesadillas using ribeye, I'm aiming specifically for well done meat!
(I like to use big pans, don't judge) this is what I'm looking for! Now for the quesadillas.
The first quesadilla got bonked with the ugly stick. But that's okay! Not all quesadillas are created equally, but they will be enjoyed just the same!

I made cauliflower linguine & grass-fed meatballs for dinner! I specifically didn't want that so I made myself some meatball "sub" sandwiches <3
