I've been meaning to talk about this panel for a while now. Because, rather than what Amalia says, it's what she omits that carries all the weight.

Notice the way she talks about her father and his predecessors wisely choosing to keep the supposed Sadida treasure hidden. Moreover, notice how she doesn't mention Armand, despite him being her direct predecessor.

The message is clear: if the Sadida treasure really does exist, then the only way Aurora could have known about it is because Armand entrusted her with his people's secret.

If you ask me, in this scene Amalia seems to be quietly admonishing her brother for what was clearly a mistake on his part. If Aurora is telling the truth, then she is willing to betray the Sadida and her late husband's trust (yet again) just to have things go her way. And Armand completely failed to see that.

It's as though Amalia is blaming the whole incident on her brother for choosing to trust the wrong person. And, hate to say it, but she would not be entirely wrong, either.

Hopefully, this will be explored in future volumes and we'll get to see Armand's own decisions and lack of judgement being brought into question, too. Because it honestly feels as though everything Amalia does ever since she became queen is scrutinised and criticised, while all of a sudden her brother is universally treated as this martyr who could do no wrong.

And while his sacrifice was indeed heroic, the point still stands that for most of the show Armand was a deeply flawed individual with some very unbecoming tendencies for a future king—like his arrogance, his pride, his bitterness, etc.

I'm just saying it's a bit sus that now everything Amalia does is wrong, while Armand is constantly praised.

A small unspoken rule about eliatropes that I thought was really cool.

Random thought bubble I wanted to share, but I specifically remember a time when season 1 and 2 were so prevalent on netflix that it made me headcanon a small detail that I really thought was super cool.

It was based on the eliatropes and I made up this small little fact in my head about how their hair would completely whiten up if their wakfu had been drained up.

You can obviously tell that I took this concept from season 1 during Yugo and Nox's fight when the latter actually won and took out everything in Yugo.

LIKE JUST LOOK AT THIS.

Dude I was so captivated by that scene, I kept replaying it over and over again just to see if I was seeing things or not. Because at the time, I thought maybe my mind was playing tricks with me and Yugo's dirty blonde hair wasn't whitening up, but was just wildly clashing with the light between Nox's hands which was why it SEEMED like it was white rather than actually being white. That scene happened so quickly after all.

It turns out it wasn't a headcanon, BUT AN ACTUAL FACT.

Like eliatropes really do get their hair color erased when their wakfu just gets drained out of them. At the time, I thought that was so cool, but I always found it weird how Qilby hadn't mentioned or implied anything about eliatropes looking completely vulnerable without their wakfu to the point where they'd lose their pigmentation. Even when season 4 happened, Nora and Efrim never really say anything about how an eliatrope looks like when they die.

When we saw Chibi die in that Oropo special episode, we couldn't really determine if his pigmentation got erased since he already had white hair.

(At least it's officially confirmed now that eliarropes do lose their eliatrope wings when they die.)

But besides all that, I JUST KNOW THEY LOSE THEIR PIGMENTATION AND NO ONE CAN TELL ME OTHERWISE.

Tot's just playing mind games with his little details and not saying anything about them.

We all saw that Yugo death scene and that hair was DEFINITELY white.

More Eliatrope & Dragon Headcanons

There were different cultures within eliatrope and dragon society. Individuals had varied belief systems and traditions. Some prioritized worship of the Goddess, some of the Great Dragon, and some individuals believed the Council of Six were of the most value

Eliatropes and dragons had different languages, but Draconic was the most popularly spoken language on their home planet

Dragons will hibernate

Much like sharks, both eliatropes and dragons continue to grow new teeth throughout their entire lifetime (it would be very inconvenient to get worn-out teeth when you live for thousands of years)

Neither eliatropes or dragons can contract rabies as they're not mammals

Some eliatropes are born with conditions that cause their wakfu markings to be visible even when their powers are inactive

Eliatrope wings spark when startled (this is part of the reason they cover them with hats, the sparks could cause accidental fires)

Some dragons enjoy wearing jewelry on their horns and tails

Eliotropes vs Eliatropes

Origins and Nature The Eliatropes are an ancient, naturally born divine race created by the union of the Goddess Eliatrope and the Great Dragon. They possess true souls, hatch from Dofus eggs alongside dragon twins, and follow a reincarnation cycle. In contrast, the Eliotropes are artificial mirror images of Yugo, accidentally created through a time-space warp during his battle with Ogrest. Born as soulless reflections and temporal paradoxes, they lack their own identities and absorb the power and memories of fallen siblings to survive.

Appearance, Abilities, and Society Both races share similar Wakfu manipulation, portal creation, and distinctive large hats hiding non-human features. Eliatropes display glowing antler-like horns and built an advanced, peaceful civilization centered on exploration, knowledge, and family bonds. Eliotropes have pale skin, blue-tinted eyes, and dark markings, often emphasizing raw speed and combat. They never formed a stable society, living as scattered, forgotten anomalies plagued by identity crises and resentment toward their "creator" Yugo.

Key Themes and Fate Eliatropes represent mythic legacy, divine creation, and cosmic impact, with their king Yugo at the center of a rich cultural history. Eliotropes embody imitation, existential tragedy, and the pain of being incomplete copies — amplifying Yugo’s fighting spirit and loneliness into darker extremes. While Eliatropes persist through reincarnation despite past catastrophes, the Eliotropes are largely extinct, their brief existence highlighting themes of abandonment and the dangers of unchecked desire.

Sometimes I think at this one second scene and what it could be… hey do you think too it's maybe the ancient Eliatrop world that we saw and there were some kind of temple on the moon

As Adamaï says on season 1 "their were painting with eliatrops reaching the stars."

LETS TALK ABOUT COUNCIL ELIATROPE

I really don't understand, they are very important to the story, BUT WE DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW THEY INTERACTED WITH EACH OTHER (and very little about the culture of the aliatropes)

The only time we see them all together is in Quilby's memories, and for me that's very little.

How did they interact with each other before the war against Orgonax, who were they closest to, did the Eliatropes have traditions? How did each of them react when they learned of Quilby and Shinonome’s betrayal?

There are many characters that I wanted to know more about, like Shinonome herself (although we already know her well because of Quilby, she never appeared in the flesh for us) and that is very strange knowing that she is a very important character (and I am really curious about what her personality was like).

Mina, I wanted to know what she was like with her sisters and brothers, was she like a mother-older sister to the Eliatrope council? How did she interact with them (I know she appeared in Slands of Wakfu, but her interactions with Nora and Efrim didn't show much of what it's like there and being a sister, and the game isn’t even canon anymore).

Glip also appeared on Wakfu Islands, however, just like Mina, his interactions were few, and even so, unlike her, we were able to see a little more of his personality (I consider it better than nothing).

Chibi (yes, he is present in the story reincarnated) but I wanted to see more about what he was like in his past life, after all he suddenly appeared in the Oropo OVA (like what happened)
