For the Good of the Kingdom II Dorothy & Tucker
Dorothy had been married for a year now. She was officially considered the Queen. But what kind of queen was she if she couldn’t even provide an heir? Several children had been lost before they could be born, and she was tired of trying- tired of being a disappointment. She needed to do something else- something drastic. There was her Knight... Who guarded her each day. He always reminded her of the King. Their features were identical.
After nightfall, she called for him to her chambers as the King was away on a hunt. “Sir Monomer. Thank you for joining me.” She said, putting up a hand to dismiss the rest of the staff.
