The smell of chocolate chip cookies filled the whole apartment and Elijah let out a contented sigh. It had been a long day at the precinct and he had requested for Juliet to bake his favourite childhood snack - something different than his favourite cinnamon roll. As he dropped his things onto the credenza beside the front door, Elijah placed his bag under it too and craned his snack to look for the woman who has been nothing short of a dream.
