If you told me I would be 37 trying to take a decent picture of my waist for Instagram 🤣🤣🤣 But here we are. A review of my waist beads - wearing them with workout gear here because I was initially concerned about working out in them, which is why my @fitbeads.co have a clasp so I take them off for a sweaty workout or shower, but I did count which link I had them on to keep the size consistent. The bottom ones I've worn during spin, yoga, and strength workouts, and they were fine (although in down dog they do move but not so much it bothers me). The fitbeads are the smaller top three - they're so well made 💖 The second to last strand I made, and the labradorite kyanite at the bottom is from @eliporter.co. I'm surprised at how comfortable they are - I really thought they'd feel like they were about to pop as soon as I ate anything but no, they just roll up a little bit 😂 Since my scale literally thought I was a guest since covid (it seriously did that), I find these a more body positive way to monitor weight gain/loss.
