can’t believe i was actually excited for season 6 of Elite…

I just thought about something… We saw the way Patrick was looking at Ander, right ? He loved him. He had feelings for him. Not as much as he does for Iván but he still did. We know he was just a distraction for Ander but Patrick really fell for him. It ended and he met Iván. Spent one season being heartbroken because his new lover was too confused to admit he has feelings for him. They end up together and he gets heartbroken again, while trying to do everything he can to be there for Iván. Since he arrived, we saw Patrick as someone who wanted to have sex and enjoy his life and nothing more but… the only true thing he wanted was to find someone to love him as much as he loved them 🥺 Patrick just wanted to be loved and to be someone’s priority. I’m so mad at the writers for breaking him this way 💔

What I find really just increadibly sad is that Ivan guilting Patrick was a 100% just projecting. And I wish Patrick saw that.

Because it was Ivan's fault that his dad came out, not Patrick's. After Patrick's confession on ig his father would've let everyone think he was straight, if Ivan hadn't pulled out the "you don't respect me" card.

If Ivan listened to Patrick and went home before he got shit-faced drunk he wouldn't have needed to call Cruz.

I think Ivan knew all of this, but when you are grieving someone, sometimes you can't handle feeling guilty as well.

That doesn't excuse the cheating, but I think it explains it. Because Ivan was punishing himself, he wanted to guarantee that Patrick would leave him. Because I do think Ivan was reminded of Cruz everytime he saw Patrick, but mostly because he knew Patrick was right.

He was all like, I hate you, but then he cries everytime Patrick's eyes water.

I think Patrick leaving that suit at the club, was the right thing to do. However I also think Patrick didn't see what Ivan was doing, because he still didn't believe all the way that Ivan love dhim as much as Ivan actually does.

Does any of this make sense?
