If

If i could borrow one thing

It is just one night with you

We could have dinner together

Before tomorrow splits us two

  If i could offer one thing

I would offer you my shoulder

It may not be tha sturdy

But it’ll try to make you feel better

  If i could cherish one thing

It’s every moment  we spent

Those can’t be bought by money,

Not a single cent.

  If i could give up anything

It is what i feel, my love,

Just to see you happy

Then maybe it’s more than enough

  If i could whisper you something

It is my ‘i love you’

The world doesn’t need to hear it

For it was meant only for you

Jake Lee

Leaves begin to fall as if answering to a call. There’s nothing biggie. It was just Jake Lee.

How mischievous is Jake with the commotion he can make. He’s the reason for falling shopping bags. As if, he’s the model on those mags.

He’s no superman. He’s no cool boy, but he’s the only man who loves getting me annoyed.

Time flew so fast and everything became a past. He has gone far far away. We haven’t met until one day.

Someone came knocking on my wooden door. While I am waiting for my favorite team to score. A man with flowers standing in front of me. It is no other than the annoying Jake Lee.

I was shocked, bewildered and stunned. I guessed he thought of another way of making fun. Bees in my stomach started buzzing. Oh my! Oh my! What is he doing?

“I am not here to annoy you.” I said, “ Having you here just made me blue.” His eyes looked like those of a child. Oh my! Why is he staring? My mind gets wild.

I suddenly wanted to say goodbye, yet he blurted out and cried, “Seeing you get my attention before makes my mind swirl. And now, I wanted to tell you this: Will you be my girl?”

A Surprise

You are a friend It’s what i knew. You’re just a friend. It’s only you.

You do things That a friend would do. But i wonder and i’m thinking, Will i ever fall for you?

It’s a surprise That i just did You’re the only one I want to be with

You’re like the stars That were always there I just didn’t realize it Because i’m looking everywhere.

I become frustrated By which something i can’t have. I didn’t see, You’re my one true love.

I wished for my dreams to come true I keep on looking for something new. I frustrate myself with what to do. I never realized, i’ve already found you.
