19th century fireman's coat, Japanese
This thickly quilted coat was worn by firefighters in 19th-century Japan. It was soaked in water before it was put on to help protect the fireman. Like other firefighter coats of this period, the exterior has a brigade identification and the inside bears elaborate designs of rabbits pounding mochi (rice cake), alluding to the folklore of the rabbit in the moon.

Listen, I just really love the MWFP kids and wish so badly we could have learned more about them. Elizabeth in particular is fascinating to me, as she ended up being pretty much the sole leader of MWF; Lo disappeared really early on, Max then did the same, and Art passed on (sure, she may have had his clones but they’re not really him, are they?) Add that on top of being a woman business owner in the 1910s/1920s, she must have seen some shit.

I had to expand on them a bit because while I like the idea of Nigma favouring Ping Finnwich, I think Finnwich saying that Nigma always made him work a little harder meant that he knew Finnwich was smart enough to go further than the others on less information. Wasn't able to fit everything from the headcanons in the post but I tried, haha/ (also didn't know if Wurst's first name was ever mentioned so I just made it Richard for the sake of having a name)
