just got back from an epic wedding held at the National Museum, the bride is Lisa Macuja's daughter so i got to meet and see a lot of well known people, another good thing about my job, and i get to go to new places, great and unconventional venues suitable for Philippines' grand weddings, well anyways, I got to see people I look up to, up close and personal making it possible to actually talk to them even with just a simple hello :) there were lots of famous politicians like Loren Legarda and Miriam Defensor Santiago, it's like this with most weddings, there's at least one celebrity and or politician in a wedding. Ai oo nga pla, yung sa couple ngayon, i heard their family owns Star City.
Anyways, Me and my boss were early so i was assigned to take establishing shots and stock photos of the National Museum, masaya ako with my shots today, I don't know why pero pag si kuya bossing 1 yung kasama ko confident ako sa shots ko, mabait kc xa and sensitive making him an ideal bossing :)
After letting him check my shots, he allowed me to roam around the museum, masaya kahit as usual magisa nanaman ako maglakwatsa, walang katao tao, akala ko wala, may mga bantay pala yung exibits. Earlier, upon hearing that we were going to the museum i immediately wanted to see the mannunggol jar(yung nasa isang libo na banga ), ewan yun lang nag pop sa isip ko eh, and nashock ako na yun yung una kong nakita sa una kong pinuntahang gallery, kinilig ako ng onti kc i had a project related with it way back in elementary and learned why it was designed like that.
I also took pictures, and nasita ako ng bantay not to use flash for taking pics. so aun, super lakwatsa lang hanggang tumawag si Chyv, yung project manager namin which made the day bearable, saya kc nun kakulitan saka kasama, sipag pa, parang kami lang nagshoot nung buong reception eh thus i can't feel my feet now...
plus gusto ko mambasag ng mukha kanina gamit yung camera but i won't dwell on that, a guy made me really happy, Miguel Zubiri, kept bumping into him kasi taz parati xa nagsosorry, pero hindi talaga ako masaya dahil dun, may isa kasing guy na crush namin ni Chyv, he kept on dancing when party mode started until sa umalis kami, nakakamamatay yung kacutetan niya, he was dancing all that time para hindi magisa sumayaw yung old lady, plus he dances nice, and moves really cute with his killer butt sway sabay smile..
ang bibo nya lang, walang keme, walang hiya hiya, like most of the guests i guess, confident, importante, well mannered and spoken. anyways he made our night just by watching him. Dumaan rin pla ako sa kitchen kasama yung isang photographer to take pics of the food, Chibog catering ate yun, dunno the spelling, ang saya lang tingan, gourmet meals being prepared in front of my eyes. I love my job, I'm not in it for the money cause there's not much, but i work in a very fast paced and challenging environment triggered by love. kesodebolamuch! hahaha. but it's true, listening to stories of how the couple fell in love during the speeches is one of my favorite parts in a wedding celebration.
oh yeah, Sir Jason Magbanua's team were todays videographers kaya lang di kasama sina Darlene and Tessa, miss ko na yung mga yun eh.. sayang lang pero andun naman sina Sir J and they're vid was great as usual despite the technical difficulties. the end. Good Night, another big day tomorrow, going out to Orosa Nakpil with my awesome cousin on a saturday night. hahaha. I'm actully quite scared meeting with people i don't know. we'll see tomorrow. ;)
