This is from The Bone Pit. I really didn’t expect to fall so hard for this pairing (Solas/Iron Bull), but there was just so much understanding and tenderness between them and I’m a big ol’ sap.

“What’s bothering you, Solas? You’ve been in a weird mood all night. Is it because of the Dread Wolf stuff? I swear, I didn’t tell him anything.”
“I am not in a weird mood. Feel.” Solas placed Bull’s hand over the bulge in his jeans and stood on the tips of his toes to kiss him.
“Wolf, I've never met anyone with the ability to be so hard and so sad at the same time. So, forgive me, but that wonderful, stiff cock of yours proves nothing.” Bull was happy to feel him throb within his grasp regardless. “Tell me, please.”
Solas leaned forward and pressed his forehead against Bull’s chest in submission. “I got a postcard from Felassan.” The words came out muffled, but Bull understood him well enough.
“He wants me to come back.”
Without hesitation, Bull scooped him up into his arms and carried him to the couch, where he situated Solas on his lap.
“I see.” Don’t ask. Do not fucking ask. “And what do you want?” He asked. Fuck.
“I’m sorry. That's unfair. Of course you want to—”
“No. I…” Solas threw his leg over Bull’s lap to straddle him properly, to place his elegant hands onto his cheeks, and run the calloused tips of his thumbs along his tense and whiskered jawline.
Bull’s heart pounded like a Nevarran kettledrum as he clutched, possessively, at the Wolf’s hips to keep him close.
“Fel…is my oldest friend. For a time, we were more, but believe me, he would not have me in that way again, even if I begged,” Solas said.
“And you know that because you—”
“I have begged, yes, many times.”
“I thought you said your split was mutual.”
“It was.” Solas glanced away. “I did not always succeed in keeping my resolve.”
“But, things are different now.”
Bull moved his hands to Solas’ waist and swept his thumbs along the base of his ribs.“It’s okay, Wolf. You don’t need to— Look, we both knew from the start this couldn’t last forever.”
“Why not?” Solas asked, both defiant and defeated.
“Come on, Solas. For a million reasons that I wish weren’t true.”
“I know, but...” Solas collapsed into him, tucked his warm face into the crook of Bull’s neck, and whispered something Bull didn’t quite understand, “Ar lath ma.”
Bull’s arms constricted around him like a Gurgut in heat. “You… love me?”
“You changed everything. You saved me. You—you’re actually crushing me a little bit.”
“Huh? Oh, fuck. Sorry.” Bull released him, but only barely. “Better?”
They laughed through tears as they kissed. Solas’ soft lips felt too good between his own; his tongue was too sweet. His lithe body fit too well, in his arms and on his lap.
I love you. I love you. I love you, Bull thought with each salty press of their lips. “You don’t know what you do to me, Wolf.”
“You don’t understand, Solas. I’m afraid if I say this shit out loud, I might never let you leave me.”
“I love you, Wolf. I’ve loved you from the fucking start.”

I have a lot of favorite scenes from The Revolution of Hearts, but for whatever reason, this season from Chapter 9: Just Like Honey (this entire chapter, really) encapsulates Solas & Elle’s whole silly, sexy, idiots in love, who can’t keep their hands off each other vibes.
***************************************************
As he was plating their breakfast, Elle emerged from her bedroom wearing a high-waisted, black leatherette mini-skirt, a tattered, cropped t-shirt featuring a black wolf with six red eyes, she’d added herself with glitter glue, howling at the moon, a choker, her usual fishnets, and the fluffiest pair of slipper socks he’d ever seen.
Her hair was divided into two low pigtails, and her bangs were shorter than they’d been minutes ago. The perfect pout of her lips was painted a deep, cherry red he’d come to associate with her alone. That's an Elle Red he’d thought to himself while eating a piece of cherry pie at that ridiculous country diner with Fel after their adventure at the warehouse. He wondered for a moment if he’d always been this stupid and then immediately heard Fel’s voice in his mind say, “Yes.”
“You look…” he sputtered out, unable to finish his thought when the perfectly uptilted corners of her eyes squinted into a bashful smile, her long lashes beautifully dark and curled.
“You look beautiful,” he said sincerely once he’d regained his composure.
“Yes. I am particularly fond of the slipper socks.”
“Come eat.” Solas tutted and placed his index finger against her lips to interrupt the joke she was surely about to make. “Come eat your breakfast,” he corrected.
“I’ll come eat your breakfast,” Elle mumbled under her breath after biting at his finger, still tracing her lip.
“You cannot help yourself, can you?”
She didn’t have a dining table, so he’d arranged their plates on the swirling green Serpentstone countertop, where she didn’t hesitate to hoist herself up to sit on the edge in her tiny skirt.
Solas picked up her plate and slotted himself between her knees. He used a fork to carefully cut a piece of the waffle, making sure to capture a few berries and syrup before bringing the offering to her mouth.
He expected a fuss or a snarky remark, but she simply opened her mouth and took the bite. Like a good girl, he thought, but thankfully didn’t say.
There wasn’t time to reward her appropriately.
“Mmmmmmm. What the fuck, Solas?” She said with her hand covering her still-chewing mouth.
“Mmm hmm.” She smiled wide enough for her left cheek to dimple, and he thought about licking it, but gave her a chaste peck instead.
She wrapped her legs around his waist. “Do you intend to feed me every bite or…”
Elle nodded and raised her eyebrow.
Solas looked at the Gurgut clock, its tail swinging mercilessly, and hummed.
“If we have time,” she altered.
He cut another perfectly balanced bite and lifted it to her pretty, waiting mouth. He tried to ignore the sensation of his most sensitive skin squeezing against the tight denim fabric of his pants.
Elle threw her head back with an ecstatic moan and then returned to cup his face in her hands. “Solas. This is the best waffle I’ve ever eaten. Be honest, is there anything you’re bad at?”
She pulled his face in close to hers and kissed the bridge of his nose, leaving the cherry-red stain of her lipstick behind. “I don’t believe you.”
Solas captured another stain for his lips in a kiss so deep he nearly dropped the plate.
The Gurgut clock ticked annoyingly as he dove in for another kiss, setting the plate aside to wrap his arms around her properly, lift her hips, and pull her close enough to feel how much he wanted her.
Elle whimpered into his mouth; she tasted like cinnamon and syrup, and a hint of black coffee. His fingertips pressed into her hips as she rocked against him in a steady, agonizing rhythm.
“Mm…Elle,” he said as her tongue flicked against his upper lip. “You need to finish eating.”
With his entire bottom lip sucked into her mouth, his eyes darted to that adorable, detestable, ticking, swishing reptile clock and forced himself to pull away.
Elle pouted, but kept her legs locked around him as he fetched her plate and prepared another bite.
“I suppose you are correct.”
Solas handed her the plate and grabbed his own, still happily trapped in the iron grip of her legs.
“I doubt this needs to be said, but you look really hot, by the way.” Elle took a sip of her coffee as a searing heat bloomed across his face and up to the tips of his ears. “I miss the apron, though.”
“I could always put it back on, “ he said, half-heartedly attempting to move while she held him in place firmly with her thighs.
