time to yap about the rpc ♡

☎️ my first character i ever roleplayed

absolutely nothing groundbreaking here but . . . an oc named charlotte when i wasss 12. i used my neopets info page lmao to make an info page abt her bc that's what we all did back in the day.

she was just some girl who lived in pennsylvania with no real backstory. which is insane to me btw bc i knew nothing abt pennsylvania nor did i give a shit about the place. and my standard rp with her was just meeting someone on the way to a date but she got stuck in the rain and would just talk to the person beneath a shop awning lolol.

she had very generic personality but i can barely rmr more details tbh, i just rmr how she interacted with this one rp partner i got so excited to know and write with cuz it was my first ship. which to me tells me something that's still true today. i love ocs more than anything (i only even started touching canon characters when i was 18, here) and my experience is always measured by how much i love my very close rp partners more than anything i really do on my own.

It's probably not the right time to be in a coffee shop, if ever there's a wrong time to be in a coffee shop. The few bodies in here are exhausted, save for Poppy, who's coming in after having taken herself out on the town.

(She is very much not matching the vibe).

Poppy is also not watching where she's going, side-stepping to avoid someone's dog and bumping backwards into someone else - hands flying to her mouth in apology.

it was her peds rotation, and poppy had to admit she liked her attending, @ellesmore was capable and smart, a good teacher, but kids were not her specialty, and there was something bone-deep and harrowing about how high the stakes were with tiny bodies and even smaller organs. ( you aren't sure this will be what you choose for your fellowship ). ❛ i don't know how you do it, ❜ she admitted, tugging her scrub cap off, curls flattened but never fully straightened, not with hair as stubborn as hers.

raleigh + wynna. i have a meme for the two of them that i’m working on, but they would definitely get along with wynna being a druid and super nature-y.

maddie + margaux. could either be modern or fantasy, but i do prefer fantasy themes with them both possibly being bard besties. 

elizabeth + silvie or cat. in a modern verse for either of them and crime verse for elizabeth.

CONSPIRE: for our muses to hide with each other at a houseparty, sitting on the floor in a coat closet or bathroom. accepting / @ellesmore

the longer this goes on, the more he wonders how he ever thought this might be a good idea. the music is coming through the walls, vibrating under them on the floor. shadows and sneakers flit back and forth in front of the gap beneath the door. ben plays absently with liz's coat. it's hung up with the others, and he can smell some of her perfume on it. he sighs. he could do with just looking at her in the barely there light for a long time—longer than would actually be useful—so instead he speaks his mind, "don't know why i thought this would be a good idea."

he smiles. sort of. it's more of a self deprecating tilt to his face that he hopes translates well enough. he scoots a little bit closer, close enough to their legs are flush against one another. "we can leave. irish goodbye it."

by the time someone gets to them, they will find a body in here. ben's sure of it. jamie has him beat in pure size and strength, most likely, but ben thinks he's mean and creative enough to somehow find a way to get the upper hand. (how either of them would explain what happened, he isn't sure, but that's a thought for whenever the elevator doors finally reopen. for now...—)
