While evading The Royal Guards after stealing their kingdom’s most valuable crown, Nick Torres finds the perfect place to hide: a hidden remote tower. After climbing to the top of the tower and entering through the open window, Nick is greeted with a smack in the face by a frying pan.
A couple of hours later once he is woken up from the hit, he is bound to a chair and tied up with hair?
All of the hair belongs to a very pretty, but peculiar girl named Ellie. The hair - all 70 feet of it - is still attached to her head, and covering almost every part of the room.
Not only does Ellie have him tied up, but she has also hidden the crown he just stole. The only way she will give it back to him is if he takes her to The Kingdom so she may see the sky fill up with lanterns in honour of the King and Queens daughter who was stolen almost 18 years prior. (Oddly enough, Ellie shares the same birthday as the missing princess).
Join Nick and Ellie on their journey to the kingdom while they run away from the royal guards, a pair of criminals Nick used to work with, and Ellie's own mother who never lets her leave the house.
