Thank youuuu. I am very bad at doing it consistently. I’m also very picky - which is annoying - but i’ve been trying different sauces and ways of cooking veggies and such to make it better. and yes, slow cooker recipes have been a godsend because im also super distracted and impatient at the stove otherwise. finding the things that work for me. it’s baby steps

It was ... a time. now that im thinking back, he might have been a summer hire through a grant? it was the same summer we had an intern who was the ultimate wall street dude bro wannabe. also made a ton of sexist comments but in a totally ignorant way, it was so engrained into his vocabulary he didnt even realize he was being derogatory half the time. i dunno which is worse.

actually yea, no , this guy was worse.

yeeeeeeeee it suuuucked. And i have been *very* lucky that most of the time I can work through cramps but today was NOT happening. shakes, paralyzing pain through my legs, nausea- all the fun stuff. 

bit better now but  uteruses are the wooOOoOOooOOorstt
