Again, these guys have had some minor changes, but they’re overall the same! This is a sort of cult, though not really... Elpahie is an Old God that was presumed dead (and sometimes to never exist at all) for a long time, while the rest of them still actively followed her, starting with Rosetis because Elphaie is the patron to betrayed women and the God of Wrath (among other things...)
