misc 2
Dazemu stuck in a tree
(she noticed us)
mysterious polygon sticking up from the ground
I like that she sleeps during her cooling animation so I don't have to feel bad about giving her insomnia
evenly spaced cremis (this feels like discovering a crop circle)
3rd base is coming along, already created a nice view of the bralohas~
My own braloha thinks they're a water lily.
The Palumba in the area are pretty aggro, they get learned but not before taking out one or two of the lower level pals on the base. Having two bases in the beginner area I forgot that local pals could be a problem, but I'm sure they'll be strong enough to deal with them eventually. In the meantime everyone, look after the little ones...
As mentioned before, as much as I loved my mutant alpha skutlass, a water pal I couldn't ride just didn't work for my go-to team comp. And so, I figured it would be easy enough to breed her. And lucky enough I got a Lucky Gobfin Ignis when I went out to grab one.
Pal biology is confusing
Soon I had an alpha skutlass ignis with all the good passives and stats of their parents. They also gave me a mutant egg which doubled when I picked it up, and I got two wistella!
lets water with mama (actually their sibling, another baby)
Lass has passed the baton to their offspring and retired from my team to become a great expedition leader.
My main gripe with Palworld is that there are "better" elemental versions of all the Pals I like lol. There's Elphidran aqua who can also swim making them a more diverse mount, there's Snock Lux which is ground so doesn't have Snock's weakness to gound, there's Moldron Cryst who is stronger than Moldron. Gimme a break here for liking the base designs more...
And now we start... our 3rd base! (Don't ask to see the 2nd base, it's just a shabby breeding farm where everyone eats roasted berries).
I saw someone do a cool build on an island like this before, but I have no idea how they did it. Building a supported structure over the pond proved challenging.
As I was building Elphidran was creating piles of wood for me, what a helpful girl!
After a lot of construction & deconstruction and with the help of my two helpers (Gloopie gathering all the wood Elphidran was making), I got a good base going to build off of! Teamwork makes the dream work.
This will be our oil drilling base, I'll also make it a little vacation home. When I saw the Brahola's roaming I knew I wanted to set up shop here, there was also a lucky Herbil in this location that I caught! I'll let him work on the base so he can continue to live here~
pals with complex mouth rigs look the funniest when incapacitated
I'm glad the pals go limp when they get knocked out it's fun. But whenever it happens to my pals it's always so disconcerting lol. I get a little shocked every time.
