Elsannafest July 2021

What? This can’t be serious, after 2 years...

Yes! We’re back! After conducting an extensive research survey in which we asked the important question - do you want Elsannafest back - we discovered that most of you want Elsannafest back. So we’re bringing Elsannafest back.

The rules remain unchanged: you will have until the end of July to submit art created for the prompt. Submissions can be either direct (via our submission box) or indirect (posting it on your own tumblr and tagging #elsannafest or @ing us.) Please do not submit anything that’s graphically adult in nature.

The prompt for the next month (September) will be chosen out of prompts provided by each of this month’s participants. When submitting your piece, nominate your one desired prompt for next month (simply include “nominated prompt: thisandthat”), which will then go into a flash poll at the end of the month.

Since we’re coming back after a break and we no longer have any way to contact the last viable winner, we’re starting off with a tie-in prompt to our monthly fic contests.

prompt: Tribute. Create a scene, character(s) or any other thing that specifically comes to your mind based on one of the monthly fic submissions from 2020 and 2021. When submitting, please include the name of the story! medium: any form of traditional or digital visual art (drawing, painting, sculpture, etc.) or music deadline: July 27th If you have any questions, please submit them either through the ask option on our blog or in the proper channel on the Discord server (invite in the pinned post.)
