Watching John Carpenters Elvis.Its one of only 3 Carpenter films I havent ever seen.Its also his longest film at almost 3 hours

Its funny cause its one of his most important films (His follow up to Halloween,first collaboration with Kurt Russell , a big project that showed he was more then a horror guy) but I havent heard many folks talk about it

i watched elvis with a friend today

So watching the Elvis film by John Carpenter....And its an old cliche,but entertainer biopics have a samey feeling

This film begins with Elvis in his hotel room preparing for his first performance in 9 years,and flashing back to when he was a kid and like ...I havent seen ALOT of biopics but so many of them start like this
