The two young women had never hung out without it involving drinking, but Finley wanted to check up on her newly found friend after the drama at the Met, and even if it wasn't alcohol, she'd never turn up empty handed; there was takeout in a bag with Felicity's usual order that Jolene had hinted at. Her last name got her onto the closed set with ease, and she soon spotted Felicity sitting offscreen, blonde hair done to Marilyn-esque perfection. "I'm stealing you for awhile- don't worry I'll bring her back," Finley added with a saccharine sweet smile aimed at the director, who sputtered a few feet away. @elxctrics

standing in line wasn't always the most fun experience especially at the farmer's market on a sunday when it seemed, everyone was there. it felt like it was taking forever so bash needed some way to pass the time before it was his turn. he decided the best thing to do was to introduce himself to the person standing behind him. turning around he said, "hi, i'm sebastian but everyone calls me bash. crazy long line, am i right?" if the line was gonna be this long, he might as well make a new friend out of it.

since when had he been turned into an errand boy? here he was, fetching coffee for this girl, in exchange for... what, exactly? companionship? why was that now something he had to do exchange favors for? and yet... he was still doing it. he could have easily told her to fuck off and get it herself, but an uber ride and quick stop at starbucks later, he was at her home, unceremoniously dropping an iced coffee cup down on the table beside her lounge chair. and not for the first time, either. taking a sip from his own drink, he invited himself to join bianca by the pool, sitting down at the chair beside her. "thanks to you, i just had to deal with a butthurt barista, that apparently i never called back." he didn't even remember ever meeting the guy, let alone hooking up with him, but it wouldn't be the first time he'd forgotten about someone he'd ghosted before. "do you see what i have to put up with, for you?"

"what are we gonna do with you?" catalina inquired with a fond voice, coming up behind felicity at the small table she sat waiting at. they'd been texting about a long overdue lunch since she got back from europe, but it had taken a few months to actually schedule. in that time, cat had been struggling with feeling completely forgotten and felicity, well, she'd been struggling with a lot. "can i have a mojito and a water with lemon, thank you," she spoke softly to the waiter, until he walked off and she leaned closer, trying to inspect her friend's appearance. Elizabeth knew that of all her siblings, it was Adelaide who was most upset about the sudden change in the life of family and as much as she wanted to change her mind about it, the best that she can do was help make the transition easier for her younger sister. Coming over to the new Windsor family home and cooking her favorite food, like she was doing tonight, was one of her ways of doing so. Once the food was ready, she made her way upstairs and knocked on the younger Windsor's door. "It's just me, Addie.", she said just in case Adelaide wanted to keep her distance from their parents again before opening the door. "I made you dinner."

"miss shafai, come in," oliver spoke up from the doorway of his office, the waiting area decently empty aside from his secretary at her desk and the woman in question, whose constant attempts to contact him were growing tiresome. "can i get you something to drink? i have water, tea, coffee," oliver was always the consummate professional, even with gritted teeth and a wary expression on his face. "what was it you wanted to discuss? i'm not sure how i can help you," @elxctrics

the minute he heard everly left town, oliver felt his heart sink. not that he had a strong attachment to the woman; she was lovely, and they'd shared a night together around the holidays, but his real concern was felicity. the man knew that she was in too deep, refusing help from anyone and allowing herself to spiral further out of control, and with mal leaving followed by everly, oliver knew that she was practically a suicide risk. she'd never kill herself- no, that wasn't felicity's style. she'd simply recklessly use drugs and alcohol to numb things until she felt nothing, and that would kill her. that was why the man was sitting inside her house, a to-go cup of coffee in his hands, when she came walking through the door. "you really should lock your place better," oliver spoke up as she stared at him. @elxctrics

it wasn't unusual for her to listen to the loud conversations that happened in public places around los angeles; she'd been born nosey, according to her mother, who'd always claimed she'd come out of the womb just looking around, not even crying. at the moment, she had a careful gaze aimed at the book in her lap, while a redhead sitting at a table near the window was speaking quite animatedly on the phone with someone, emotions clearly running high. she looked so familiar, but charlie couldn't place it- though that didn't stop her from standing and joining the young woman without waiting for an invitation.
