( inbox ) @elysaeon : another fine white line is wrapped around the other's limb before it's cut off by the hound's teeth when made sufficient, ready for the finishing touches as she shuffles around for a roll of medical tape. when she's done searching for it, a hand sits gently upon the covered skin, light pressure applied so the handiwork could remain in place. a single glance shot towards the master and the message is quietly conveyed through it, "does it hurt?" ( cerberus, just gals being pals )
it does . however , she doesn’t want to concern the other too much , giving a gentle shake of her head as Cerberus lightly presses on heavy bruising . a quiet sigh was all there was as a reaction , her body having been stiff since the beginning of this . unprecedented explosion during material gathering , the girl was lucky to have only skimmed by , pelted by hefty debris during her escape . worse could’ve happened , and there she’d be concerned of how to mask her pain , considering how fragile a human she is .
but the Avenger’s touch felt different . it was gentle and tender all throughout , typically wary of others examining her body , even as something as little as treatment — she did not like the idea of it . ( medical staff always had the hardest time sitting her down , after all . ) “ ... thank you ... i , um ... ”
“ i’ll make sure to recover fast , so don’t worry .. i - in ... case you are ... ”
