@elysianfell asked: Roach sat there... sat there? Wait, how was she sitting. Her senses were different, she felt different. She looked down, but there were hands where there was once hooves. Instinct took over as she panicked, looking over at Yennefer. "What...what did you do? What did you do??" Roach exclaimed. She hadn't been human for over a century, it didn't feel right to be human again.

Well… If anyone asked why Yennefer was so rarely caught doing something nice for someone else, she could always point to the time Geralt’s beloved horse had turned into a human woman had turned her off from the idea. She shook her head in disbelief, wondering if the spell had bounced back and hit her in the head. “I… I was just trying to make Roach--” She hesitated a moment, tilting her head. “Or rather, you, I guess, immortal. You’re the one he has the easiest time talking to, he ought to not have to replace you every few years.” She huffed, putting her hands on her hips, shaking her head. “I don’t think what I was doing is all that important compared to finding out just who are you? Did you…. Were you always a horse and my spell has gone terribly sideways?” She doubted it, though this wasn’t any outcome she had accounted for.
