Chinese privilege is Mandarin lessons at the CC

Heard that sewing lessons at CCs are cheap, compared to the rates offered outside. To my dismay, all the cheap lessons that had slots ( I checked 4) were being conducted in Mandarin. So no cheap sewing lessons for the Indian, I guess.
