Studios like Compulsion Games will now become independent

Microsoft has fired nearly 5,000 people since 2020 in just the Xbox space, not even counting their AI layoffs for the rest of the company.

Embracer has fired nearly 8,000 people and closed 44 studios.

They spent literal BILLIONS of dollars acquiring every game studio they could see and now are whining they can't afford them. Fuck right off with that shit.

This is literal insanity than two corporations can do so much harm to so many people's livelihoods.
